Case Study : Investment Property

I have acted for Ackleton Estates Limited for a couple of years, and have helped them with a number of acquisitions.

This site is in a prime location in Shrewsbury, and was purchased in 2020. Formerly a disused shop, it is currently being converted by Ackleton Estates into quality residential accommodation and a ground floor coffee shop.
