Christmas Highlights

It’s been a busy few weeks leading up to Christmas. Here are a few highlights:

 

– Dealing with the property aspects of a corporate sale of a calibration laboratory and scientific instrument business in Leicestershire for over £1.4m.  Great working with my new colleague Steven Mather Solicitor – Your Business Lawyer on this one.

– Completing a new lease for a charity in Rugby, acquiring some much-needed extra office space before Christmas.

– Helping a gritting business in Loughborough to prepare Heads of Terms for a new long lease of a gritting yard to secure the long-term future of their business.

– Acting for a landlord granting a new lease of a restaurant in Birmingham – in time to catch the Christmas trade.

– Doing the raffle draw for Potters Cross Preschool Playgroup in Kinver: thanks again to Adventure Trails MTB, Connie’s Pet Shop, Country Kate Craft, Daniel James Photography, FM Branding, the Kinver Deli, the Kinver Dog Parlour, Omnipresent Kinver, RUA Salons, Serenity Hair and Winnie & Olive for their generous prize donations for the hampers.
