January and February Highlights

Wow, it’s been a busy couple of months. Here are a few highlights from January and February:

– Completing a new lease for a line marking business in Northamptonshire – I love helping businesses secure new premises for the next phase of their business growth.
– Granting a new office lease for one of my Landlord clients in the West Midlands. Quite a complex draft, converting a lease of part into a lease of whole.
– Getting a Deed of Variation sorted for a client in Shropshire to allow future flexibility on sub-letting.
– Writing all my website content – currently with my web designer to turn into my shiny new website.
– Turning 40! I’m enjoying a week off in Windsor with my wife and boys for half term to celebrate. Loving life as a consultant solicitor and running my own business – it’s turning out a great move. Life begins at 40?!
