Well it’s been a hot summer, and business has been hotting up as well in July and August.  Here’s a summary of what this Commercial Property Lawyer has been up to over the summer (as well a family holiday to France – hope you like the view in the photo!)

Here are some of the highlights from the last couple of months:

Full Service Law Firm

  • Residential – I have recently expanded my range of services to include residential work.  This is primarily to service my business clients who have a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.  However, if you are looking for an efficient and experienced property solicitor to handle your residential purchase or sale then do get in touch.  I won’t be the cheapest out there, but as the old saying goes “you get what you pay for”.  I offer a premium alternative service to the existing local solicitors.  Nexa are part of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme and I have completed all of the necessary CQS training and accreditation to be able to undertake residential work (along with my 15 years’ experience dealing with commercial property which, is the more complex area of law).  Nexa also have a range of traditional conveyancers.  They are all experienced hands, so if you are looking for a more cost-effective solution, I can source that for you too.
