Well it’s been a hot summer, and business has been hotting up as well in July and August. Here’s a summary of what this Commercial Property Lawyer has been up to over the summer (as well a family holiday to France – hope you like the view in the photo!)

Here are some of the highlights from the last couple of months:
- Acting for a new lender to fund the purchase and redevelopment of a former hospital site in Bromsgrove. This has been a great job to be involved with, as I love seeing sites being given a new lease of life. - Residential – I have recently expanded my range of services to include residential work. This is primarily to service my business clients who have a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. I won’t be the cheapest out there, but as the old saying goes “you get what you pay for”. I offer a premium alternative service to the existing local solicitors.
